Workers: the team's phones as a pool
Every member's phone with Pocket Link is a line the team's call lists can use; the lead sees and steers all of them.
On a team, each member's phone with its Pocket Link adapter connected is a worker. A call list on the team line is spread across every ready worker, one call per phone at a time, inside the calling hours and limits. The team's bots, acting for the lead, run the floor with the team tool:
- Status: every member's phone (online, busy, degraded, offline, off), battery and firmware, who is on a call, paused workers, and running lists with their queue depth.
- Report: per-worker numbers for the last N days (placed, connected, connect rate), charted on a dashboard when asked.
- Pause and resume: a paused worker gets no list calls (*"pause Kiran's phone until Monday"*). A phone that goes quiet is paused automatically and the lead is told.
