A web page anyone can open to talk to your bot out loud. Any phone, no app, no number.
A voice link is a private page where someone talks to a bot in the browser, like a call without a phone line. Ask the bot: *"Send Riya a voice link to talk about the weekend batch she enquired about."* It creates the link with send_voice_link and sends it over WhatsApp or email. The person taps it, allows the microphone, and talks; the bot runs with its brief and tools, the transcript lands in your project, and the bot gets a follow-up run to update the CRM or send what it promised.
- Works on any phone or computer with a browser; audio is better than a phone line because it is not squeezed through one.
- A link is valid for seven days and closes when the conversation ends.
- Good for: enquiries, interviews, surveys, support, and talking to your own bots hands-free. Not for people who will only pick up a normal call.
