Leads and the call-next list

A CRM built for calling back: import enquiries, call in the right order, see why a lead is hot, keep every promise.

  • Add leads one at a time, or paste a list or CSV under Add a lead. A header row (Name, Phone, Area, Budget, Source, Stage) maps the columns; numbers already in the CRM are skipped. Bots add leads too, from a form, a WhatsApp or a call.
  • Call next ranks open leads by score and due follow-ups, with the hour each one usually picks up. Leads spoken to in the last 4 hours drop down. One tap dials from this phone; the outcome is asked when you come back.
  • Pipeline shows leads by stage: New, Contacted, Qualified, Visit / demo, Negotiation, Won, Lost, with search and filters (All, Hot, each stage).
  • A lead's page shows why it scores what it does, its calls and messages, the next follow-up (in 2 hours, tomorrow, 3 days, next week), who it is assigned to, and the details (phone, area, budget, what they are looking for, source). WhatsApp and SMS from the same page.

Lead scoring

Scores run from 0 to 100; 70 and above is hot. Stage, connected calls and talk time raise it, as do buying signals in notes and transcripts: budget, a visit, urgency, payment. Unanswered streaks lower it. Every point has a reason you can read on the lead.

Your own CRM

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Pipedrive and Freshsales connect as connectors; bots create and update leads, log calls and messages and move stages there instead of, or as well as, Pocket's CRM. Your CRM, operated by agents.

Plans hold 100 leads on Free, 5,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Team. Imports stop at the limit and say how many were added.
