Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pocket is a software-as-a-service product. There is no physical goods delivery. Access is granted immediately after successful payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because compute and agent capacity are reserved for your account immediately.

Exceptions: We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion if:

• You were charged in error or duplicated
• The Service was unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault
• You cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have used less than 10% of your plan allotment

Prepaid agent-time or credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a billing error.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with:

• Account email address
• Date and amount of payment
• Payment receipt or Dodo Payments payment ID
• Reason for the request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.
