Pocket gives your phone a team of agents. They answer WhatsApp and email, call your customers back and take their calls, keep a shared CRM, build dashboards and write code on a real machine, and you approve their work with a tap.
The calls are the kind a business already makes: an enquiry called back, a booking confirmed, a payment reminded, a ticket followed up. Pocket is not a telemarketing tool and does not make promotional calls; the calls page says what that means in practice and what the rules in India ask.
The product is operated from India and serves developers worldwide. The app is free with your own server and keys; plans add model credits at close to cost, cloud machines and always-on channels.
