Teams and billing
Billing: credits, top-ups and caps
What you pay for, where to see it, and how to stop it running away.
Account → Plan shows the period's model credits used, agent time used, and usage by member, by project and by model; Invoices below it. The plan fee covers always-on channels and the fair-use agent time; model tokens on Pocket's credits are charged at the provider's price plus a small routing markup (none with your own key); Pocket-hosted machines are billed by the hour at Google's live rate.
- Top up your wallet opens the purchase in your browser (card, UPI or local methods via Stripe, Dodo or Razorpay); the card never touches the app. Auto top-up keeps a floor if you want one.
- Spend cap (teams): a ceiling on model credits for the whole team this period. Runs pause when it is reached; leave it blank for none. Pocket-hosted machines have their own monthly cap.
- Seats are changed by owners and billing admins; teams can be invoiced postpaid.
- A top-up is credited once even if the payment provider retries its webhook; the ledger ignores replays.
Refunds follow the refund policy; prices by region are on pricing.
