What Pocket is
Bots that call your customers back, answer your channels and work your machines, from the phone you carry.
Pocket is an Android app plus a cloud service. You make bots: each is an AI agent with a brief, the tools you allow, and a plan's worth of limits. Bots call people back and take calls on your own number, answer WhatsApp and email, run on a schedule, work your CRM, and run code on a machine. What they do lands in conversations, in your CRM and on your dashboards, and anything risky waits for your tap.
- Conversations are where you talk to a bot. Type or speak; it replies, acts, and asks before anything risky.
- Bots hold the brief, model, channels and permissions. One bot per job works best.
- Calls go out and come in on your own SIM (the Pocket Link adapter or a rooted phone) or a Twilio number. They are callbacks, confirmations, reminders and support for people who already deal with you; see Calls, the right way.
- Automations run a bot on a schedule, on a webhook, or when something happens on the phone.
- Dashboards are named pages of numbers. Some tiles are live (calls, leads, pipeline); others are charts a bot keeps up to date.
- Machines are Linux computers a bot can use: one Pocket hosts, your own server, or your cloud account.
Where to start
- Install the app and sign in.
- Make your first bot and give it one job.
- For calls on your own number, plug in Pocket Link; for a number with no hardware, connect Twilio.
- Connect WhatsApp or email under Account → Channels if the bot should answer people outside the app (Messages).
- Open Dashboards in the side menu to see the numbers.
