Media library
The real photos, videos, brochures and documents bots send, in collections, so they never make a file up.
Open Account → Media library and upload from your gallery or files: photos, videos, PDFs, Word and Excel documents. Put each item in a collection (a product, a course, a package, a doctor), add tags (*brochure*, *floor plan*, *timetable*) and a caption that is sent with it. Bots search the library with find_media and send what they find over WhatsApp or email; a file that is not in the library does not exist to them.
Artifacts are the other direction: files a bot made for you (a chart it rendered, a PDF or CSV it generated, a screenshot) land in the project's Artifacts gallery and show inline in the conversation.
