What Free, Pro and Team include, and what happens at a limit.
Every limit is enforced on the server, so it holds whether you or a bot hit it. At a limit you get a clear message and an upgrade link, never a silent failure.

Pocket-hosted machines
Machines Pocket hosts need Pro or Team. They bill by the hour only while running; a suspended machine bills for disk only. A monthly spend cap suspends them if you reach it. On Free you can still connect your own computer or cloud account.
Team CRM
On Team, owners and admins see everyone's leads, per-agent numbers and the leaderboard. Members see and work their own book.
