Bot tools
What a bot can call, grouped by area.
- CRM: crm_find_leads, crm_upsert_lead, crm_log_activity, crm_next_calls, crm_metrics.
- Dashboards: dashboards (list, get, create, rename, delete, set_tile, remove_tile, move_tile, set_period); show_widget draws a number, chart or table inline.
- Calls: place_call, call_campaign (a list within calling hours, retries, follow-up text, do-not-call), call_capacity, send_voice_link; on the line: search_knowledge, crm_get_lead, crm_log_activity, send_whatsapp, send_email, schedule_follow_up, transfer, keypad, your HTTP tools and remote MCP tools.
- Messages: send_whatsapp, whatsapp_templates, send_email, send_sms_twilio, find_media, phone (this phone's calls, SMS, apps, speaker, microphone, notifications, urgent callers).
- Team: team (status, report, pause_worker, resume_worker), team_knowledge (propose, list, approve, reject), claim_work and finish_work so bots and phones never do the same item twice.
- Other bots: run_bot, run_named_agent, run_subagent; ask_user for a decision only you can make.
- Automations: create_routine (recurring or once), create_alert.
- Machines: run_command, read_file, write_file, edit_file, search_codebase, browse (headless Chromium), save_artifact, and every connector's mcp__server__tool.
- Data on a machine: run_sql, describe_table, ingest, create_dataset, refresh_dataset, create_chart, create_dashboard, list_dashboards.
- Memory: remember.
Tools appear only when the bot's channels, connections and plan allow them. In Ask mode, look-ups run freely and everything else waits for your approval; in Agent mode texts, calls and risky commands wait for your tap.
