Messages
A mailbox bots read, and an address they send from.
Under Account → Channels → Email, bots send from your connected address (enter it and Send a test email), and a Pocket mailbox address receives mail for them where the deployment provides one. Give a bot the inbox and it triages what arrives, drafts replies you approve from your phone, keeps threads, and sends digests on a schedule. Anything about money, refunds or a complaint can be routed to you by a line in the brief.
