Pocket

The computer is in your hand

For forty years work needed a keyboard, a laptop, a server and a vendor for every wire. Pocket puts all of it, and a team of agents, on one screen.

A day with a five-bot team. Every phone screen is a real screen recording of the app.

Think about what it takes to run a small business's operations today. A laptop to work on. A server somewhere to run things. A datacenter behind that. Then the wiring: an SMS gateway, a voice API, a WhatsApp provider, a CRM connector, a BI tool, a scheduler, a dialer, and an integrator to glue them together and send you an invoice every month.

Every one of those is a middleman between you and the work. We think they're done.

One device already has everything

The phone in your hand already has a SIM that can text and call anyone in the world. It has a microphone and a speaker. It has your contacts, your WhatsApp, your inbox, a camera and a notification shade you look at a hundred times a day. It's never more than an arm's length away. It was always the most capable computer you own. It was just missing someone to operate it.

Pocket is that someone. You say what you want, and agents do it: on a real Linux machine when it needs compute, and on your phone when it needs a phone.

What that replaces

  • The laptop. Agents write code, review it and open pull requests. You approve one hunk at a time with your thumb.
  • The server and the datacenter. Every workspace is a persistent Linux machine with real root: ours, or any box you can SSH into, connected in one step.
  • The telephony vendor. Your own SIM texts and calls. With Pocket as your phone app, agents answer, hold, conference and swap calls, and urgent callers break through.
  • The CRM connector. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, Pipedrive and Freshsales, read and written by agents in plain language.
  • The scheduler and the BSP dashboard. Routines send WhatsApp messages, emails and calls at the time you choose, every time.
  • The BI tool. A warehouse and live dashboards on every machine, with alerts that push to your phone the moment a number crosses a line.
  • The team you'd hire to run all of it. Bots with names, memory and jobs, which hand work to each other.

You don't need a desk to run a company. You need a phone and people who get things done. Now the phone comes with the people.

Proof, not promises

The phone segment in the film is an unedited screen recording, just sped up. One sentence went in: read the battery, say hello out loud, open the calculator. The agent ran on a cloud machine, and the phone did the rest. The posts below walk through each capability, with the actual screens.
