Evaluated with the same parser Pocket's scheduler uses in production — supports the common subset (*, lists, ranges, steps) in any IANA timezone.

The five fields, in order

minute (0-59) · hour (0-23) · day of month (1-31) · month (1-12) · day of week (0-6, Sunday = 0). Each field takes * (every), a list (1,15), a range (1-5), a step (*/10), or names (mon-fri). One classic gotcha: when both day-of-month and day-of-week are restricted (not *), cron fires when either matches, not both.

This page runs the exact parser Pocket's scheduler uses in production — the same expressions drive our scheduled routines, where a cron line wakes an agent on your machine every morning instead of just running a script.
